Boga Club is a dual-entity platform. A non-profit holds the grant fund. A for-profit operates the platform. 80% of every membership dollar — and every other inbound dollar — flows to the non-profit. The split is computed per transaction and logged in an append-only ledger.

Our principles

• Earned trust. Trust is the foundation. Every pixel reinforces transparency, legitimacy, and honesty. We never obscure information or use dark patterns.
• Collective over individual. The community is the hero. Subscriber counts rise, votes accumulate, creators get lifted. One person should feel part of something massive.
• Quiet intensity. Minimalism is restraint with purpose. When something is important — a prize announcement, a vote confirmation — it should feel monumental against the calm.

Eligibility

Grant applications are open to US-based businesses only. Minimum award is $500. Recipients complete KYC (Stripe Identity) and submit a W-9 before any payout is released.
