What is Boga Club?
A member-funded community where US-based founders apply for grants and earn milestone-gated funding alongside donors and investors.
How do I sign up?
Click "Join Boga" in the header, register with email and password, then complete onboarding.
Is there a free tier?
Yes — Free members can browse, contribute to crowdfunded funds, and vote on community content.
Grants
Who can apply?
US-based businesses with a Boga membership.
How are grants funded?
A dual model: 80% of membership revenue goes to a non-profit grant pool, and members crowdfund specific programs.
How are payouts released?
Per milestone. We review evidence; on approval, the payout is released. Amounts ≥ $5,000 require a second NP Admin approval.
Billing
How do I upgrade?
Go to /pricing and join as a Member ($7/mo). We use Stripe Checkout.
Can I cancel?
Yes — visit /settings/subscription and open the Stripe billing portal. Access stays through the current period.
Is my card data stored?
No. Card details live with Stripe. We only see the last four and brand.
