What is Boga Club?
A member-funded community where US-based founders apply for grants and earn milestone-gated funding alongside donors and investors.
How do I sign up?
Click "Join Boga" in the header, register with email and password, then complete onboarding.
Is there a free tier?
Yes — Free members can browse, contribute to crowdfunded funds, and vote on community content.
Grants
Who can apply?
US-based businesses with a Boga membership.
How are grants funded?
A dual model: part of membership revenue goes to a non-profit grant pool, and members crowdfund specific programs.
How are payouts released?
Per milestone. We review evidence; on approval, the payout is released. Amounts ≥ $5,000 require a second NP Admin approval.
Billing
How do I upgrade?
Go to /pricing and pick Explorer (to like, comment, vote and save) or Entrepreneur (one venture slot per subscription). We use Stripe Checkout, and the price you sign up at is yours to keep.
Can I cancel?
Yes — visit /settings/subscription and cancel any subscription there. Access stays through the current period; an Entrepreneur venture pauses when its slot lapses and returns when you re-subscribe.
Is my card data stored?
No. Card details live with Stripe. We only see the last four and brand.
